The goal of our classes is simple: help you find what works for you, adapt it to your life, and take meaningful action.
We equip you with specific, practical tools tailored to your unique life situations—tools that enhance your wellness and sharpen your perception.
Sessions include:
Practical Meditations: Guided and unguided sessions, including static and moving meditation.
Simple Discussions: We introduce key concepts and ideas in straightforward language.
Q&A: A chance to reflect, ask questions, and deepen your understanding.
Homework: Practices to build your skills outside of class.
While we reflect on philosophical concepts, our focus remains on creating actionable tools rather than abstract discussions. Philosophical discussions are fun and useful, but we set them aside during practice so you can focus on building tools you can actually use in daily life.
Payments:
Class sessions are one hour. The class fee is a flat rate of $10.
Private class sessions are $40 per hour.
